VINEYARD & TERROIR

The vineyard consists of 45 hectares in one piece, are grown to 14 different varieties.

20 hectares, on shale hillsides produce AOC Saint Chinian red and rosé. The rest of the vineyard is located on a river, on deeper alluvial soils for the production of wine country in red, rosé and white.

In the vineyards and in the cellar, the watchwords are simplicity and nature. We work in compliance with an environmental heritage that has been handed down to us and that we must save, significant regional cultural values, in sharing a way of life we hold dear.
